between Tokyo and ShinOsaka (on Tokaido Shinkansen).
It is slower than Hikari, and much slower
than Nozomi. Price (including one drink on-board)

One more tip. Faster than
Shinkansen is LCC
(Low Cost Carrier), SKYMARK has bargain fare and maewari fare for Tokyo - Kobe route. Not exactly Tokyo but Ibaraki - Kobe can be as low as JPY5,800 one way. More
